Week 23

Keep voting!

How far along: 23 weeks

Baby size: Pomegranate Average - 10.5 inches, 12.7 oz. He/she is listening to my voice and heartbeat, and even to loud sounds like cars honking and dogs barking.

Sleep: Good and bad. Getting to the point now where, if the baby is kicking during the night then it wakes me up.

Movement: Definitely a lot more movement every 2 to 3 hours now. The other day in work, I was serving on the till and the baby was moving so much that it was hard to concentrate.

Food cravings/aversions: I'll eat anything that is sweet. I’ve gone off curries completely as they give me shocking heartburn. A lot of things give me heartburn though.

Pregnancy symptoms: Mainly heartburn, backache and getting tired more easily.

What I miss: Caffeine and today I really wanted an ice cold pear cider. I'm not a drinker but I really fancied it earlier today.

What I'm looking forward to: Moving into our own home, getting settled, going on maternity leave and hearing the heartbeat with midwife at my next appointment.

Milestones: Mother-in-law feeling the baby kick for the first time.

Best moment of this week/Pregnancy moments with hubby: Maternity shoot with our friend Lauzie :)
